Engineering consulting makes clients have a comprehensive understanding of beneficiation plant, including the value of mine, the useful elements, available mineral processing technology, plant scale, required equipment and general period.
When a client needs engineering consulting, we will first arrange an expert with rich dressing experience to analyze whether the specific ore can be separated or not based on the mineral elemental analysis sheet. Engineering consult takes on the economic benefits analysis for the customers including the cost analysis and profit estimate. The economic benefit analysis will allow clients to have a rough understanding about the investment and earnings of mine, and guide the future investment.
The clients should provide about 50kg ore samples, or 200 to1000kg for some special samples. First we will analyze the material components to get some data for the subsequent beneficiation test. Testers take the exploratory testing from experience at first to find the best solution for beneficiation and make more detailed analysis .After finishing all the tests, tester will summarize and write a detailed “Beneficiation Test Report”.
After reaching an agreement with customer, we start to organize a working team for the engineering design, including: planning, investigation, data collection, planning and optimization, project evaluation, report writing, and form a formal report after exchanging views with customer. By the data collection and the feasibility study from the various professionals, a feasible plan for the plant construction would be finally made, and the " Feasibility Study Report " shall be submitted to the relevant departments.
After "Feasibility Study Report" approved, the design team starts the preliminary design and comes up with the design scheme of beneficiation plant construction. The design mainly involves: beneficiation, general layout, electric power, communication, civil engineering, environmental protection, water supply and drainage, tailings, safety and fire protection, investment estimates, economic benefit.
When the preliminary design is approved, The design team starts to make working drawings. When the working drawings completed, the designers must hand the drawings over to the construction officers, especially give instructions about construction details.
Sinonine’s affiliated factories are responsible for the equipment manufacture which can make full set of main and auxiliary equipments for the 10000tpd beneficiation plant. We have formed a complete and strict quality management system in equipment manufacture, its operation is in strict accordance with the requirements of the quality manual.
Equipments Packing & delivery
The packing and delivery of equipments is the most important preparing work for installation & commissioning. It is directly related to the cargo transportation, and the results of installation and commissioning.
Sinone will take apart the equipment before delivery, and then adopt suitable packing way for every part.
The equipments are usually delivered abroad by trucks, trains or shipment, we have established good relationship with large cargo agent and shipment companies, the rich experienced ensure goods reach on site safety and promptly.
Installation and Commission
Installation and commission of beneficiation plant equipments is a very careful work with strong practicality. Any error may lead to low recovery and falling short of the expectation. In view of the importance of installation and commission, installation personnel we sent out are participated in the whole plant design, they are rich experienced and very familiar with structure, performance and using of equipments. The technician can quickly solve many actual problems in plant construction.
Technician training is simultaneous with the installation & commission in order to save time and cost for customers. Training technician on site makes the production line work earlier and bring benefits. On the other hand, it can set up one technical team for customers to guarantee the normal operation of the factory in the future.
Achieving production targets includes expected recovery rate reached, design capacity for clients reached, the quality of product reached, the consumption indicators meeting requirement, effective controlling of production cost and the stable operation of processing equipments. Whether the recovery rate is guaranteed is the key of target reached. We guarantee the recovery rate reaches the expectation value, and solve all the problems which jeopardize the recovery rate to make the beneficiation plant start soon and reach the target.
