6S Shaking table is one of most commonly used mineral beneficiation equipment, although the processing ability based on unit area of shaking table is low, its effective particles size sorting could be up to 0.037mm limit, the interval grill of table surface is very clear and machine operating is easy. Shaking table could continuously sort concentrate ore,second-grade ore and tailings.It is applied in roughing, cleaning and scavenging for dressing coarse sand(2- 0.5mm), fine sand (0.5-0.074mm), pulp (-0.074mm).
The typical structure of the shaking table is shown in Figure 1, which is composed of three parts of the bed surface, the frame and the transmission mechanism. Plane shaking table bed is approximately rectangle or diamond, the transmission device is arranged at one end of the bed surface of the bed surface in the longitudinal, transverse and tilt obviously, in inclined is arranged above the mineral and water supply grooves. The bed surface is provided with a bed bar along the longitudinal direction. The high autobiographical end of the bed strip gradually decreases to the opposite side and goes out along the tip of one or two oblique lines. The whole bed is supported or hoisted by a frame, and a slope adjusting device is installed on the frame.

To feed slurry or dry tank water blended into a concentration of about 25%~30% pulp, gravity to the bed. The ore particle group is loose and stratified in the bed ditch by water flushing and bed vibration. After the stratification, the upper and lower ore particles move along different directions under the action of hydrodynamic pressure and bed friction force of different sizes. The upper layer of light mineral particles, which is driven by a large hydraulic force, inclines more laterally along the surface of the bed to move down and discharge, so this side is called the tailings side. The heavy mineral particles at the bottom of the bed directly move down to the transmission end and expel directly on the bed, which is called the end of the concentrate. So, according to the particle density and particle size are different along different direction, and from the feed tank along the diagonal fanned out (Figure 2), followed by the edge along the bed discharge, discharge line is very long, accurate real estate product of a variety of different quality, such as concentrate,secondary concentrate, middlings and tailings.

Structure of 6S shaking table
The structure of the 6S shaking table is shown in Figure 2. The head of the bed is an eccentric connecting rod. The bed is covered with a rubber plate or a glass plate and a wood carving slot. According to the bed type, divided into sand table and slime sowing bed . The bed sand table block rectangular, trapezoidal, triangular or sawtooth reflex, bed slimer is a triangle or a groove reflex. The rock sand rocking bed is divided into two kinds of coarse sand and fine sand rocking bed.

Advantage of 6S shaking table
1）The adjustment range of the lateral slope is large (0 -10 degrees), and the stroke is easy to adjust.
2）When changing the lateral slope and stroke, it can also keep the bed surface running smoothly.
3）The spring is placed in the chassis and the structure is compact.

The working principle of gold concentrating table is to use the combined action of the specific gravity difference of sorted minerals, alternating movement of bed surface, and transverse oblique water flow and riffle (or notch groove), to allow loose layering of ores on the bed surface and fan-shaped zoning. Then different products can be produced.
