The metal detector is suitable for mines, metallurgy, cement, coal, electricity and other industries, especially for black and nonferrous metal mines with complex environment. The metal detector can detect harmful metals mixed into all kinds of materials, such as iron ore, copper ore and aluminum ore, so as to prevent breaking the conveyor belt and damaging crusher, mill and so on. Application of electromagnetic iron remover can remove the magnetic metal, but can't get rid of the high manganese steel and some other non magnetic metal, and metal detectors can not only to harmful metal detection in general materials, more detection to other metal in no more than 60% grade iron ore, sinter and pellets, even for a class of non magnetic high manganese steel the metal can effectively detect. It will play an irreplaceable role in protecting the crushing equipment and conveyer's safe operation, improving production efficiency, reducing labor intensity and improving automatic production level. The structure of the metal detector is relatively simple. The mechanical part, as shown in Figure 1, the electrical display section,is shown as figure 2.
