Working principle of single cylinder cooler

High temperature material enters the cooling machine through the feeding device, the cylinder is in an inclined state under slow motion, so in the axial direction the material moves from high end to lower end, in the process of the movement the lifting plate constantly push up and scatter the material in the circumferential direction, so as to realize the full heat exchange between the high-temperature material and air until less than specified temperature, the cooled material is discharged from discharging device.
